Shipping policy

Shipping times
Products are shipped by various logistics; for this reason, management times can vary from a minimum of 1 working day to a maximum of 5 working days. Estimated delivery times are shown in the product sheet, in the order confirmation email and in your reserved area.

Delivery methods
All products are carefully packaged and shipped via express tracked service.

Delivery times
On average, deliveries worldwide take 1-5 days. For the USA, Australia, and former USSR countries, it may take an additional 5 to 10 days.

Order not yet arrived
Most of our orders always arrive on time. However, it may happen that there are delivery delays caused by events not directly attributable to PER.FASHION or the courier (e.g. severe bad weather, checks by the authorities). If the order has not yet arrived by the expected date, you must promptly contact PER.FASHION's customer Service 

Our couriers
Shippings are entrusted only to the best couriers including DHL, TNT and FEDEX.

Tracking orders
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation via e-mail both from PER.FASHION and from the courier who took charge of the shipment. The email will contain a link with which it will be possible to independently check the status of the shipment.

Shipping countries
It is possible to purchase the products worldwide.

Shipping costs and import taxes
The shipping cost may vary depending on the total order amount and depending on the shipping country. Shipping costs are always calculated in the checkout and are often subject to promotions and discounts. If the shipping country is not outside EU, taxes and customs duties may be charged by local authorities, as well as any additional shipping costs.
